The Missing Piece To Your Success
What is the "missing success ingredient?"
What does it take to have a super successful business?
On a regular basis, I get comments and questions from people about why they’re not where they want to be.
- I've been doing everything you've been telling me to do for two years or more, and still, my business hasn't grown very much. I can't afford to quit my job. What's wrong? What am I missing?
- I don't get why I'm just not getting more prospects. I'm following your system. What's up?
- My business is stuck. I feel like I'm doing everything. What else should I do?
Well, I'm sharing it with you today right here! Read on and watch the video here.
Before I found “the secret,” I was looking for it too!
Every time something would grab my attention on Facebook or Linkedin, or an email that I got that I thought contained the missing piece, I’d get really excited. And think - This is it. This is it.
I would go down the rabbit hole and I would buy another program, another course, another mentorship program.
I've heard people say the top earners are just not sharing the real secrets. Well, I'm here to tell you that I do not believe that's true. And I want to put an end to that right here.
Here is what I believe to be the absolute number one missing ingredient between you and success.
Now, I have to warn you, I'm going to be brutally honest here. And you might not like what I have to say. But I'm doing this because I want to help you. I want you to know what I believe the missing pieces are.
Let me just give you a couple of examples of students who are in my platinum program, which is a one on one mentoring program.
Charlotte Chalkley is one of them. When Charlotte, I started working together two years ago, she didn't have any money. I mean, honestly, she was barely making 1000 bucks a month. So that was the very end of January beginning of February that we started working together. By April, she had hit rock bottom.
She didn't have any money to pay for her rent, put gas in her car, to buy food. She was going to friend's house for food. She borrowed a friend's car when she really needed to.
She talks about the fact that she realized that she could survive if she had to go sleep on the street. If she had to go live on the street, she could do it. That's how bad it got.
Now Charlotte would book calls with me every week and sometimes multiple times a week, and she still does. By June or July that same year, she made $10,000. Charlotte had never even made more than $12,000 in a year. In a year! In April, she was trying to figure out how to pay the rent, and by June or July, she had a $10,000 month.
Charlotte now has months consistently that are way, way, way over that. She's making more money than she ever, ever, ever imagined possible.
I have another client. We started working together August a year and a half ago He said to me, Gloria, if I could make $5000 a month, that would be amazing.
Well, that client still working with me, and he's now consistent. He's now making up over the 20,000 month mark, and again, he never dreamed he would be able to make $20,000 a month.
To me, business is simple. It's simple and it's fun. It is not necessarily easy. And that's where we get into the missing ingredient.
The number one missing ingredient is...Leadership!
I see so many people that want to lead from behind. And in my experience there is no such thing as leading from behind.
I looked up the definition of leadership. I just pulled out a couple things that really stuck out to me. The action of leading a group of people or an organization, and then some synonyms are guidance, direction, authority, control.
Now, I don't mean controlling people, but being in control of your own life and your own business management.
You've got to take initiative. You've got to step out of your comfort zone and become an influencer. Creating a spirit of influence is huge.
Now, again, I don't mean having power over anyone. That's not what I believe is leadership at all. But being in your center of power and coming from a place of Majesty.
You’re going to need a piece of paper and a pen for this.
I want you to take this seriously because I'm going to show you exactly what it is that I do.
Really be honest during this self assessment because when you're actually writing it down, all of a sudden the rubber meets the road because you're going to be honest with yourself.
This is the way I have created my business. There are various ways to create a multiple seven figure business. There are various ways for network marketers to create multiple seven figure businesses. But this is mine.
Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 is I'm doing fantastically well at this. 1 is I’m not doing this at all.
#1. Do you have a source of leads that's consistently bringing in 100 or more leads each month without losing money?
If you're spending a whack load of money on Facebook ads and bringing leads in, but you're losing money, that, to me, is not a winning recipe. So do you have a source that consistently brings in a 100 plus leads each month? When I say leads, I mean, you're are collecting people's prospects, names and email addresses.
Are you consistently every month getting 100 or more new names and email addresses that you're adding to your email list whether or not you're adding them to your email list right now, do you have a source? Because I can tell you that all of my top affiliates are still on LinkedIn getting 100 plus leads a month, and you can, too.
Yep, no spending money for ads unless you're a master at it and you can actually make money with that which, in all honesty, I have not been able to do that. I have not been able to make money with Facebook ads for four years now.
When I very first started before the algorithm started going crazy. I was able to do it, but not now.
#2. Are you following my 25 MMP strategy for LinkedIn religiously, five days a week?
The 25 stands for inviting 25 people a day to connect with you. And in order to get those 100 plus leads a month, you have to get that up to the place where you're inviting 70 to 100 people a day to connect with you.
Even if you're brand new with my Linkedln strategy and you can't do that yet, still on a scale of 1 to 10, are you religiously doing all five of the steps of the 25 MMP Five days a week?
I'm being easy on you because I did it seven days a week when I started my business. Be brutally honest with yourself.
#3. Are you consistently getting 4 to 10 prospect calls booked on your calendar every week?
New prospect calls from whatever source you’re using. Now, you guys know that I'm all about LinkedIn. But if you've got another source working for you - Great. Fantastic.
New people, new prospects booking on your calendar every week. Give yourself a score of 1 to 10 on that.
#4. Are you posting content of value five days a week on Facebook?
Not just look at my new nail polish color, but content of value. Five days a week on Facebook. Score of 1 to 10.
#5. Are you posting content of value five days a week on LinkedIn? Score of 1 to 10.
#6. Are you posting Content of value five days a week on Pinterest?
#7. Are you posting content value Five days a week on Instagram.
#8. Do you have an active YouTube channel? And are you putting new video up on YouTube every single week?
Ideally, a minimum of twice a week.
#9 Have you created your own lead magnets or free guides?
And then, obviously, if you create your only magnets or free guide, you have to your own funnels and your own follow up email series. I have over 20 lead magnets – I’ve actually lost track. I keep creating more free, valuable content that I give to people in exchange for their names and email addresses.
#10. Do you have an active Facebook group that's bringing in Leads every week? Scale of 1 to 10.
That's what this is. I bring in new leads every single week through this live training that I do through this Facebook group.
#11. Be brutally honest here: Have you invested time and money on mastering live video? And how comfortable are you doing live video?
I've invested time. I'm not saying I’m a master. But I have invested time, I've practiced, I've gotten to the point where I feel comfortable.
Some of you were probably on a call with me earlier this week where I said to people: "Okay, just throw out a product." and somebody said, drain cleaner and right off the top of my head, I was able to do a live video right there on drain cleaner.
Then somebody said, a wood chipper. And just right off the top of my head because I could come up with a live. Because I have a formula so I pretty much know - no matter what subjects somebody throws out - I can roll off a live video.

# 12. This is a big one. Have you invested time and money on mastering the art of copywriting?
I did. I took courses. I spend a ton of time mimicking great copywriters. I still follow people that I consider to be great copywriters. I pay attention. I'm constantly, constantly learning.
# 13. Do you have an autoresponder? That's super simple. It's either one or 10.
#14. Are you writing?
Lots of people have autoresponders, but then they're not emailing their list! Are you constantly collecting names and adding names to your email list scale of 1 to 10. Are you doing that?
#15. Are you actually emailing your list?
I know people that have autoresponders. They're adding names to their their autoresponder, but they're never emailing their list. So are you emailing your list at least five times a week?
And are you emailing your list with a combination of edutainment? So, information, inspiration and entertainment. You need to mix those things up. Okay?
#16. Are you doing live video five days a week?
Now, I'll be honest. I don't do it anymore because I just don't have time. But for a good, solid 2.5-3 years, I did live video five days a week.
I know I beat this this to the ground and there's a reason why I beat it to the ground. You have to do this if you want to be a leader today. Now, there are lots of people who built massive teams in network marketing when they started because they started 25 years ago, 35 years ago, before the Internet existed.
But today, if you're not where you want to be, this is the kind of stuff you have to do.
#17. Are you writing your own articles or blog posts?
And do you have over 200 articles and/or blog posts? I have well over 200. I didn't have time to look it up, but I think I'm getting close to 250. My guess is you don't and you want to know what it takes.
It takes being rock solid, consistent. It takes creating a blog post at least once a week, which is provides tons of value, which provides training, which provides great information.
#18. Can I find you?
If I wanna work with you, if I want to know more about you, if I want to join your team, where can I find you? And...what are you all about?
- Where's your free stuff?
- Can I find you on YouTube?
- Can I find you on Pinterest?
- Can I find all kinds of articles on LinkedIn?
- Can I find you on Facebook?
- Can I find you all over online?
- Where is your free trainings?
The more you give, the more you get. You don't give for the purpose of getting, but you give from your heart, it comes back to you tenfold, twentyfold, hundredfold. It truly does.
So be brutally honest with yourself if I want to find out who you are, what you're all about, what your knowledge base is, what your philosophy on building network a network marketing businesses is, can I find that?
#19. Are you doing Webinars? How many Webinars do you have?
I have a whole bunch of them. I don't even know how many I have, but I have a whole bunch of free webinars where you can get lots of information. You can get a sense of me. You can get value from my webinars.
# 20. Have you created your own training programs, your own courses?
I've got a whole bunch of them. I've lost track. I probably have too many to be perfectly honest, but I've got a whole bunch of training programs that you can purchase from me.
Now, you don't have to do that. But look at top leaders in network marketing who have built in the last 12 years or so. A lot of them have created training programs.
#21. Have you created your own affiliate program?
My affiliate program helps me continually build my business.
I've just given you 21 that will help you build that big multiple seven figure business.
How did you do? Did you have all tens? This is what it takes.
Now I hate to be brutally honest, but I have to be. Here's the thing that I see over and over and over again…
People want what I have, but they do not want to do what I've done and what I'm doing. That's the truth.
That is what it takes.
It takes a lot. But I'm being honest because most people want what I have but will not do what I've done and what I'm continuing to do.
I if you know for a fact that you're willing to do all of those things that you're willing to get to 8, 9 or 10 on all 21 of those things that I just told you, then I'm going to do something I never do.
I'm going to give out my calendar link if you want to talk to me directly.
BUT only book a call with me if f you are committed to taking action most of these things. I'll give a let you off the hook... You have to take action on 18 of those 21 things.
So if you're serious, then book a call with me.
But please, do not waste my time and know that there's going to be a financial investment, a significant financial investment. But if you want to make $30 to $50,000 a month consistently, then would it be worth it to you to invest $20,000?
If that's you, go to Online appointment scheduling
I respect you and I hope you respect me enough not to waste my time if you know that you're not committed. If you're committed, I'm here for you. You have unlimited one on one calls with me for a year, unlimited access to me, and I will help you get to where you want to go if you're willing to commit and do the work.
I don't do this, but I decided to walk out on a limb today.
I hope you found this helpful. Thank you for putting up with my brutal honesty.
