The “follow-up ’til ya die”​ MYTH

"The fortune is in the follow-up!"

Well... not EXACTLY!

I'm sure you've heard it all...and maybe you've even heard me say it.

So let me be really clear.

Should you "follow-up 'til ya die"?

Yes! And NO!!!

Now that really clears up the whole mess, doesn't it? LOL!!!

I see network marketers making two HUGE mistakes all the time.

MISTAKE #1 - Network marketers are notoriously awful at following up with customers... as in your product buyers. I have a very simple and PROVEN formula for following up with your customers that is guaranteed to boost your sales, increase customer retention...and therefore help you rank advance regularly.

BIG MISTAKE #2

And I sure hope you're not doing this one! But I see it all the time too.

It's the following up 'til ya die with those "hot" prospects. You know... the one that's going to be your next superstar team member.

NOT!!!

Years ago I learned that we human beings are really fascinating. And how an individual does anything is how they do everything.

So if I have a "no-show" I celebrate...BIG time!!

You know why???

Because that person just saved me a whack load of time.

If they went through the effort of booking a time on my calendar, then getting a confirmation email immediately after booking, then getting another email reminder 24 hours before the call and another reminder one hour before the call, then they don't show up...

FANTASTIC!!!!!

I want to work with winners!

I want to work with people who actually do what they say they're going to do.

And if they don't show up on a call they booked... how are they not going to show up in other areas in business. I guarantee you they'll keep not showing up.

So I have a very clear "One & Done" policy.

If you don't show up, I don't send you a follow-up email asking if something happened.

I don't send a follow-up email asking if you want to reschedule.

Because here's what I've found...

If something happens to a winner and they unexpectedly couldn't make the call, a winner takes 10000000000% full responsibility for their life. A winner will send YOU a follow-up email or message apologizing and asking to reschedule.

Now THAT's the kind of person I want to work with.

I get it... you might be saying..."Easy for you to say, Gloria."

Yes, it's absolutely true my business is booming. AND... it wasn't always that way.

But I can tell you that my business didn't start booming until I shifted my energy and starting feeling successful first.

That's when I started getting more calls booked, and more people showing up than I knew what to do with.

It's always the energetic shift that happens that causes the results. Not the other way around.

People think..."WHEN I have a team, customers, loot rollin' in the door... THEN I'll feel successful."

Nope!

It's a bit counter intuitive, but...

WHEN you feel successful... THEN you'll have a team, customers and bucket loads of loot rollin' in the door.

And being in the "desperate" follow-up 'til ya die energy just isn't helping at all.
